Andrew Hong has spent his career on one question: how do businesses actually grow? A growth entrepreneur at heart, he started his first company at 14 building and selling PCs, cut his teeth in consulting at KPMG and PwC, learned grassroots marketing by building media and promotional partnerships for entertainment brands and music festivals, and ran high-volume customer acquisition in the mortgage industry.

He founded Tobe Agency in 2016 and built it into a trusted HubSpot partner. Andrew evolved it, figuring out how to use AI to deliver better marketing at lower cost and pass both benefits straight to clients, multiplying what his team of experts can do instead of cutting corners.

He's also blunt about his own industry. He's been invited to teach marketing to entrepreneurs, and has spoken at HubSpot INBOUND and Leaders in Luxury. He hosts the Grow Smarter Utah podcast, where he breaks down how small businesses grow and get found as AI changes the way customers search. He leads Tobe from the Salt Lake City area and spends his free time in the mountains with his family.
